Information For Patients

We treat all clinical information about your treatment with complete confidentiality, although we may sometimes need to inform your family doctor about our clinical findings during your sight test. We may also need, with your agreement, to refer you to a hospital eye department in which case we will supply them with all the relevant clinical details. We may sometimes need to make your records available to authorised staff from the local Primary Care Trust for whom we provide services.

Rights & Responsibilities

As a patient you have the right to be treated by us with fairness and with dignity. We will test your sight using sound clinical practice and using modern techniques and instruments. After your sight test we will give you your optical prescription or a statement that you do not need a prescription

We ask you to give our staff accurate information about the illness or disability which prevents you from being able to go to a high street optician without another person’s help. We also ask you to treat our staff with courtesy and to keep to any appointment you have made with us. If you break your appointment without giving us reasonable notice we reserve the right to make a charge.

Safety

When testing your sight we will ensure that all legal requirements relating to health and safety in the workplace are satisfied; and that we follow strictly the requirements and recommendations of the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency.

Sharing my Exceptional experience when I had an opportunity to visit Win Vision Eye hospital(Kukatpally branch) for my father regarding Cataract surgery.

As I am resident from Bangalore was little skeptical weather to get operation done in Hyderabad or Bangalore. Visited the hospital to meet Dr. Jyothsna Garu for her consultation.

Few key highlights:

*Dr. Jyothsna garu was extremely Caring and Professional, she made my father (Senior citizen) very comfortable and explained in a very humble layman's language the procedure and the process.

Not just my father infact she was sensitive for our feeling, anxiety and fear. She build that confidence that she will take care she did it 100%.

Very rarely we come across such Doctors who go beyond their job description and commercial aspect, try to treat patients as a family member by displaying warmth and lasting impression on the patient and their family members. Dr. Jyothsna garu was one such great person who cares for ger patients. We all know we have best Hospitals with skilled Doctors and best in class infrastructure and technology, which is very easy to find in this world but getting a right Doctor who gives their Time and Caring nature matters in this modern era. Thank you Dr. Jyothsna garu for taking care of my father's operation.

I had femito lasik surgery at Win Vision 1month back, at win vision. I do not want to write review on the process because it is a normal procedure if you go to any eye hospital which is providing the service it can be done.

But I will write this review on Dr. Sri Lakshmi Nimmagadda, I respect her from bottom of my heart for the support she has given. Just follow her instructions pre and post surgery it is more than enough. The level of patience and explaining things I bet you will not get any where.
