Dr. Satish Gupta completed MBBS from Maulana Azad Medical College in 1967 and then M.D. Ophthalmology from R.P.Center AIIMS,New Delhi in 1971. He joined as Registrar cum Clinical Tutor in R.P.Center, AIIMS from Jan 1972 to Jan 1975. Then he went to University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital in Enugu Nigeria as Senior Lecturer, Consultant and HOD from July 1976 to
May 1984. He joined in University of Rochester, at Strong Memorial Hospital New York USA as Instructor and Fellow during Jan-June 1986 He was Visiting Fellow at Emory University Atlanta, USA in 1991. In 1997 he joined in Win Vision as Consultant Ophthalmologist.

Dr. Sreelakshmi Nimmagadda has completed her MBBS from Kakatiya Medical College, Warangal in 1988 . She did her post graduation in Opthalmology from Sarojini Devi Hospital Hyderabad in 1996 Since then she has dedicated herself in pursuing her expertise in latest evolving technologies for cataract & refractive surgeries such as Lasik & ICL.
With 18 years of experience in Win Vision, Dr. Sreelakshmi is the first woman ophthalmologist in world to perform Femtosecond Laser Cataract Surgery . She was co-investigator and principal investigator in Femtosecond Laser studies for Tecnolas, Bausch & Lomb Munich, Germany. She participated in several national & international conferences & presented free paper & also she was invited as guest speaker for various conferences.
Currently she is working as Managing Director for Win Vision Eye Hospitals, Hyderabad.
She started Win Vision Eye Hospitals with altruistic approach to provide best eye care with state of art infrastructure & technology.

KOOTHALA JYOTHSNA, MBBS.,DO.,FICO.,Mch.Ophth. is a Senior Refractive and Cataract surgeon. Having a vast experience of more than 20 years, she brings her skills, leadership qualities and patient management as the Director of Win Vision Eye Hospitals, Kukatpally. She did her MBBS from NTR University of Medical Sciences Guntur, Andhra Pradesh in 1995, following which she did her Diploma In Ophthalmology in Regional Eye Hospitals,
NTR University of Medical Sciences, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh in 1999. She was the senior consultant in Dr.Agarwal’s Eye Hospitals, Vasan Eye Hospitals for many years. Dr. Madhavi Latha, completed her basic medical education from Andhra Medical College, Visakhapatnam followed by Post graduation from Regional Eye Hospitals, Vizag.
She then pursued her Fellowship in Comprehensive ophthalmology from L V Prasad Eye Institute and received sub speciality training in Cornea and Anterior segment Services.
She worked as Consultant at LVPEI after her fellowship and was the head of City Centre offering clinical and surgical services in Cataract, Glaucoma, Cornea and Refractive surgery. She also worked as Clinical Head – ICARE for a brief period catering to ophthalmic needs of rural Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. She has made several paper and poster presentations in various conferences and published in international journals. Her main areas of interest include cataract, corneal transplantation, glaucoma and refractive surgery.

Dr Prardhana Reddy Kundur, MBBS,MS, FIGO, is a Cataract and Glaucoma surgeon. She has received her MBBS from Pinnamaneni Siddhartha medical college, Vijayawada and Masters in Ophthalmology from JSS university Mysore.
